One to two years of training is the Beginner level and promotions are held three times per year in April, August and December. Intermediate, Two to four years training, promotions held two times per year in June and December. Advanced Promotions are held, one time a year in December. For students that are prepared for Black Belt Degree promotion. After one year or more of training, promotion levels are contingent upon the level of students training ability and include testing of reading and writing.

Experience includes: Training to teaching , Basics, Forms, Fighting Skills, Self Defense, Meditation, Philosophical, and Pyx Lax Rassein Pankration History. This is a continuous learning cycle from the Arharios level (beginner) to the Alpha and Omega (beginning to infinity) a lifetime marathon of training.

If one day you should become tired and desire to stop teaching, yet you still want to call yourself a Pankratis, then you must orchestrate and provide guidance for those training. You must remain helpful and share your insight. This can be done by writing a book, correcting others, or through other methods of teaching.
